Manager Visual Merchandising Retail (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:

• Shape and drive CYBEX's global Visual Merchandising strategy, transforming our brand vision into outstanding retail experiences across international markets
• Develop and implement global Visual Merchandising concepts, standards, guidelines, and seasonal campaigns to ensure a consistent and premium brand presentation across all touchpoints
• Enhance the customer journey through best-in-class execution of product launches, window displays, retail activations, shop-in-shops, and in-store experiences
• Analyse retail performance, customer insights, and market trends to continuously evolve Visual Merchandising standards and introduce innovative best practices
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Global Visual Merchandising team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth
• Partner with regional and local teams to ensure successful implementation of global standards through training, guidance, knowledge sharing, and execution reviews
• Manage global Visual Merchandising projects from concept to execution, including store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups, events, and special retail initiatives
• Drive the development and sourcing of display solutions, furnishings, and Visual Merchandising tools in collaboration with Procurement and Architecture, balancing innovation, sustainability, quality, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Retail, Marketing, Product, Architecture, Events, Supply Chain, Procurement, and regional teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences

Your stroll to Cybex:

• A Bachelor's or master's degree in visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field
• Several years of experience in Visual Merchandising within an international premium, luxury, lifestyle, or retail environment
• Proven experience leading international teams and delivering cross-functional projects across multiple markets
• Strong expertise in Visual Merchandising, luxury retail standards, customer experience, supplier management, and project management
• A commercial mindset combined with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
• The ability to balance strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build strong relationships across functions and cultures
• A proactive, positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
