BDO Cynex zoekt een ervaren en betrokken Manager Vennootschapsrecht voor onze praktijk in de regio Limburg (Hasselt) en Leuven. Je werkt in een warme, professionele omgeving waar langdurige klantrelaties en kwalitatief juridisch werk centraal staan.
Wat ga je doen?
· Beheren van een portefeuille met terugkerende KMO-klanten en doorlopende dossiers.
· Adviseren in algemeen vennootschapsrecht: statuten, bestuur, aandeelhoudersvraagstukken en corporate compliance.
· Begeleiden van M&A-trajecten voor KMO’s, inclusief opstellen en onderhandelen van SPA’s van beperkte omvang.
· Voeren van reorganisaties, fusies en splitsingen en begeleiden van vennootschapsherstructureringen.
· Opstellen en adviseren bij estate planning, met nadruk op maatschapscontracten.
· Zelfstandig dossierbeheer van intake tot afronding, met focus op kwaliteit en continuïteit.
Wie ben jij?
· Master in de rechten met sterke kennis van vennootschapsrecht.
· Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
· Zelfstandig en proactief: je beheert dossiers end-to-end en levert pragmatische oplossingen.
· Klantgericht: je bouwt en onderhoudt duurzame relaties en verdiept je in de bedrijfsrealiteit van klanten.
· Affiniteit met KMO-clientèle en praktijkgerichte aanpak.
· Focus op inhoudelijk cliëntenwerk — commerciële of people-managementambities zijn niet vereist.
