• Master’s degree preferably in economics with finance or corporate finance specialization
• At least 5-6 years of experience in management consulting, ideally in the following fields:
• Operational due diligence, synergy analysis, target operating model development experience
• Commercial due diligence
• Carve-out and post-merger integration
• Working capital and cash-flow improvement
• Performance improvement (top line, bottom line)
• SG&A analysis
• Strong experience in complex projects as a project manager
• Proficiency in English and Romanian is a must
• Excellent client management, time management and organizational skills
• Outstanding problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in teams with both clients and other Deloitte professionals
• Strong knowledge of various Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
