This newly established position within the VBC Analytics team is responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing enhancement of Value-Based Care (VBC) reporting solutions that support plan sponsor relationships and business objectives. The Manager serves as a central point of coordination for reporting operations, stakeholder enablement, report distribution oversight, and operational support.

The Manager, Value Based Care Analytics will lead activities that support the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of VBC reporting capabilities. This role requires strong collaboration across Account Management, business analytics, and technology teams to ensure reporting processes operate efficiently, stakeholders are effectively supported, and operational challenges are proactively addressed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational owner for VBC reporting administration, governance, and enablement.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert and internal consultant for VBC reporting solutions, capabilities, and report availability.
  • Partner across analytics, business, and technology teams to support reporting needs, drive process improvements, and ensure successful delivery of reporting solutions.
  • Lead stakeholder education, training, and support efforts to increase awareness, adoption, and effective utilization of available reports and analytics tools.
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity, reporting, and operational issues, providing guidance and support to end users and business partners.
  • Coordinate reporting-related activities and workflows across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting solutions and analytic capabilities that demonstrate and communicate the value of VBC programs to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, stakeholder experience, and operational effectiveness.

In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, managing work across multiple teams, and driving a positive end-user experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflows, manage competing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Success in this role requires strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, provider performance measurement, business intelligence, and reporting methodologies.
  • 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Value-Based Care concepts, provider performance reporting, and population health analytics.
  • Strong communication, training, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience supporting reporting operations, business intelligence, or analytics functions.
  • Experience with relational databases and query tools such as BigQuery, SAS Enterprise Guide, or Microsoft Access.
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Hands-on experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
