  • Drive the strategy and support the United States volunteering champions in hosting successful events.
  • Support efforts across global markets on an ad-hoc basis, as appropriate.
  • Support communication efforts across United States markets both internally and externally when needed.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in either corporate giving, corporate sustainability, event planning, or project management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external partners and/or vendors; nonprofit partnership experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Benevity or similar employee engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for community impact, volunteering, and creating meaningful colleague experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and cross functionally in a detail-oriented environment.
