Job Description

  • Prepare the VAT Returns, support the team members in query resolution.
  • Prepare the monthly VAT and IPT tax account reconciliations.
  • Prepare Tax workpapers and IPT returns
  • Perform Research on the open items and resolve them in timely manner.
  • Assist team to prepare internal reports, provide support in Audits and report deficiencies to offshore team.
  • Provide support to onshore team with tax audits as they arise
  • Required to possess deep knowledge of the all the activities, workflow, expectations of all end clients
  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery of daily, monthly and periodic processing of client requirements
  • Should establish processes controls to ensure highest quality levels of performance is achieved on a day-to day basis.
  • To handle any escalation w.r.t. any operational issue
  • Should be able to understand & anticipate Clients business needs, concerns & issues, and be able to proactively resolve the same.
  • Constantly look for opportunities to improve the client processing and provide value addition to client by exceeding expectations
  • Perform review of journal entries, settlements, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaborate and drive any adhoc projects related to testing, new deployment, etc. with onshore clients
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (Upstream and Downstream) on a regular basis.
  • Provide audit support, create and review of working files and summary reports, etc. for auditor
  • Ensure Internal Control compliance and External Audit requirements are met at all times
