Terminal Service Delivery

Manager - TSD Fire Safety Compliance

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What you'll deliver

• You'll oversee all TSD fire‑safety corrective actions and compliance activities, ensuring actions are approved, implemented, tracked, reported, integrated into BFSP updates, supported through stakeholder forums, represented in FLS meetings, and coordinated via the CAWG.
  
• You'll support and guide TSD in all Building Fire Safety Plan and fire‑safety compliance activities - including BFSP implementation and stakeholder awareness, BaU fire‑safety oversight, annual fire drills, review of facility modifications, SME technical evaluations, and applying project‑delivery management standards.
  
• You’ll engage stakeholders to ensure fire‑safety compliance and drive continuous improvement, promoting understanding of Building Fire Safety Manual obligations while identifying, mitigating, and resolving fire‑safety and project‑delivery issues.
  
• You’ll maintain accurate fire‑safety records, track corrective and BFSP actions, manage training documentation, promote fire‑safety awareness, support evacuation and emergency‑protocol understanding, and prepare regular performance reports for TSD Leadership, the FLS Committee, and AFS.

What you bring

• You should be educated to a bachelors degree level or specialized in Engineering/ Fire Protection Specialist / Airports & Aviation Fire Life Safety Management
  
• You should have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
  
• You’ll bring strong Fire Life Safety, regulatory, and project‑delivery expertise covering airport fire‑safety design, active/passive protection systems, health and safety compliance, end‑to‑end project coordination, leadership in multicultural environments, deep knowledge of NFPA/IBC/UAE codes, BFSM development, fire‑risk assessment, problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, safety leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, airport systems, AutoCAD, and data‑reporting tools.
