Computershare Trust team is the division within Computershare responsible for providing Trustee services to the Companies who set up Share Award Scheme to their employees.

The Manager operates within this division at a local level and assists in operational process for Trust accounts, maintaining Trust recods and documentation and supporting client enquiry escalations. The role provides Trustee Services to ensure successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.

The Manager is also expected to work collaboratively across teams within the same department, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.

A role you will love

The Manager will work closely with other Trust Managers and relevant internal stakeholders to prepare share purchase orders, payment arrangement and ensure all Trust client activities are properly carried out and meet with agreed timeframes and quality standards.

The role may also assist in other facets to support the business including but not limited to handling customer enquiries and liaise with internal and external parties in relation to the setup of the trust accounts.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account administration for Trust accounts for listed companies
  • Support Trust Managers to prepare share purchase orders and payment arrangements etc.
  • Review payment reports, trust reports, account reconciliations
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Plan Management Team, etc.) to facility daily trust operations
  • Maintain Trust accounts and records accurately and with agreed timeframes
  • Identify business risk and ensure compliance with group policies, contractual obligations, statutory rules and regulations
  • Handle customer enquiries and set up of new trust accounts
  • Guide more junior staff during operational decisions
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

What will you bring to the role?

  • University graduate with a Bachelor Degree in business related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Trust administration and share plan experience desirable but not essential
