Job Description

• Increasing complexity of Treasury & Global Markets products, regulatory expectations and the Bank's digital transformation agenda, this role is responsible for strengthening the control environment across TGM Operations while driving automation and process optimization.
• The AVP will act as the central point for identifying control gaps, reducing operational risk, improving process efficiency and implementing sustainable automation solutions across TGM Operations activities including FX, Money Markets, Securities, Derivatives, Nostro Management, Confirmations, Settlements and Reconciliations.
• The role will work closely with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Audit and Business stakeholders to enhance straight-through processing, reduce manual intervention, strengthen controls and improve customer and stakeholder experience.

The role will coordinate resilience efforts across the TGM Operations units, ensuring a consistent and sustained approach.
