Corporate Treasury has an opportunity for a Manager to join our team and help drive the continued implementation and optimization of Kyriba, our treasury and payment system. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Kyriba, exceptional analytical skills, outcomes driven mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability. This position will work closely with our Technology teams and internal business partners to prioritize requirements and improve our payment capabilities.

The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

What You Can Expect:
Enterprise Program Delivery

  • Lead complex, cross-functional payment migration including modernization and process redesign.

  • Establish milestones and deliver outcomes across multiple workstreams.

  • Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and reporting.

  • Define and execute the long-term roadmap for payment initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and business objectives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations that shape enterprise decisions.

  • Design and monitor KPIs to measure progress and success of the initiative

Change Management & Transformation Strategy

  • Administer change management strategies to support successful implementation and adoption.

  • Communicate with stakeholders on potential risks, barriers, and challenges that may hinder progress

  • Align transformation processes with the evolving industry landscape for optimal organizational outcomes

  • Embed automation and process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy within new solution

  • Promote a transformative culture that encourages experimentation, agility, and a willingness to challenge the status quo

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Serve as an internal consulting leader and trusted advisor as we move to modernize our treasury processes

  • Influence with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver key milestones

  • Build strong relationships across the enterprise to foster collaboration and accelerate change.

  • Create training programs to build expertise across stakeholder group



What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic initiatives and finance transformation

  • Proven skills in execution and delivery, business intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork

  • Proven mastery of problem-solving, decision-making, and growth mindset skills

  • Experience with process documentation and improvement

  • Experience with Kyriba

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $114,500.00 to $188,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
