As Manager, Transformation Strategy, you will operate as a. trusted internal consultant and execution leader, helping shape solutions to the business's most important opportunities. From cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives to large-scale operational transformation efforts, you will find broad exposure, executive visibility, and the ability to create measurable impact across the enterprise.

The Transformation Office leads some of Levi Strauss & Co.'s most critical business priorities, partnering with senior leaders to improve profitability, optimize operations, and accelerate enterprise performance. You find the opportunity to work across the company, solve complex challenges, influence high-visibility decisions, and driving initiatives from concept through implementation.

About the Job

Supporting High-Impact Transformation Initiatives

  • Lead initiatives that improve profitability, cost structure, and operational performance across Levi's global business.
  • Frame complex business challenges, identify key drivers, and develop recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders and external advisors to evaluate opportunities and accelerate enterprise priorities.

Partnering with Business Leaders to Strengthen Structural Economics

  • Work across Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Technology, and Finance to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Build business cases, quantify financial impact, and support prioritization of investments and transformation initiatives.
  • Bring external perspectives and leading practices to help shape solutions that are practical and scalable for Levi's.

Driving Governance, Accountability, and Execution Excellence

  • Manage transformation workstreams, including workplans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive progress across cross-functional teams by establishing accountability, resolving obstacles, and supporting decision-making.
  • Translate recommendations into measurable outcomes by partnering with business teams through implementation.

Enhancing Financial Discipline and Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Develop financial models, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance.
  • Measure transformation benefits to ensure initiatives deliver targeted operational and financial outcomes.
  • You will report to the Director of Transformation Strategy.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, business operations, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
  • Experience leading strategic, operational, or financial initiatives and turning recommendations into measurable business results.
  • Uses data and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities, quantify impact, and guide decisions.
  • Builds alignment across departments and drive progress in environments where success depends on influence rather than authority.
  • Comfortable engaging with leaders at multiple levels of the organization, challenging assumptions, and facilitating decisions.
  • Takes ownership of workstreams, manages competing priorities, and maintains momentum from planning through implementation.
  • Communicates complex ideas through clear analyses, executive-ready presentations, and compelling narratives that support action.
  • Brings curiosity and a desire to continuously improve how the business operates and performs.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree welcomed.

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $112,500 - $165,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
