Join our Bucharest office as a Managerand take on a dynamic role focused entirely on Transfer Pricing

What you will be doing:

• Lead complex transfer pricing projects, includingtaxauditswhich involves discussionswith Romanian tax authorities.

• Prepare and negotiate advance pricing agreements (APA) and mutual agreement procedures (MAP).

• Providestrategic advice on transfer pricing matters to multinational clients.

• Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership in transfer pricing.

What we need from you:

• University degree in accounting, economics, or law.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory, with proven leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of OECD Guidelines and Romanian TP legislation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Business-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem solving and client service.

• Fluency inRomanian andEnglish (written and spoken).
