We are looking for a talented Manager to join our Transaction Services team in Algiers and deliver Transaction services projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with Managing Directors in a truly entrepreneurial work environment. Managers have the opportunity to work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work, helping clients to deliver successful transactions. They will also have the opportunity to work closely with Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory colleagues across the Interpath network. As a Manager, you will be instrumental in sharing our values with the team and clients while helping us with business development and team mentoring.

Requirements

Drafting of Financial Due Diligence (FDD) reports including but not limited to:

• Historical financial performance analysis including quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital “NWC”, Balance sheet reviews and off-balance sheet arrangements;
• Forecasting future performance including critically assessing a target’s financial forecasts and identify potential risks & upsides based on historical trends & sales pipeline etc;
• Participating in meetings /conference calls with clients or target company management and serve as a secondary point of contact with respect to day-to-day FDD execution matters;
• Proactively build and maintain stakeholder & client relationships in addition to promoting Interpath Advisory.

Experience

• Graduate degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or a related field
• 2 – 4 years of transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent)
• Previous experience in Audit is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset & team spirit required combined with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges & ideas in a collaborative environment
• Well-developed analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
