Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
Grant Thornton is growing, and we are looking for a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to take full ownership of complex financial transactions and help clients make strategic decisions during mergers, acquisitions, and other transformative initiatives.

What you’ll do
Take full ownership of due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing, driving financial analysis, risk assessment, and value creation.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them in critical financial and business decisions.
Manage and coordinate valuations of companies and business units.
Lead acquisition structuring and financing projects from start to finish.
Manage, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring successful delivery and growth.
Expand client relationships and identify new business opportunities within Grant Thornton’s network.
What we’re looking for
Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or similar fields.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive mindset.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex financial challenges.
Proven leadership and project management skills—hands-on, accountable, and results-driven.
