Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS)
Grant Thornton is growing, and we are looking for a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to take full ownership of complex financial transactions and help clients make strategic decisions during mergers, acquisitions, and other transformative initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Take full ownership of due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing, driving financial analysis, risk assessment, and value creation.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them in critical financial and business decisions.

  • Manage and coordinate valuations of companies and business units.

  • Lead acquisition structuring and financing projects from start to finish.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring successful delivery and growth.

  • Expand client relationships and identify new business opportunities within Grant Thornton’s network.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Audit, or similar fields.

  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French.

  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and proactive mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex financial challenges.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills—hands-on, accountable, and results-driven.
