THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Manager, Training Management and Administration who is responsible for
- Overseeing the planning, coordination, administration, budgeting, and optimization of training operations.
- Ensuring training programs are delivered efficiently with the data analysis, which is accurately managed, manages digital learning platforms and processes support the company’s learning strategy and business objectives.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Training operations management

  • Manage the end to end training operations including collecting training plan, coordination and submission to VIDI – MOF and get approval from VIDI – MOF
  • Ensure all the training programs scheduled on time and import to the system such as training activities including classroom, virtual, and hybrid training
  • Develop and maintain training plan and training execution reports aligned with business priorities
    - Agency training attendance reports
    - Agency trainers’ KPI reports


2. Training administration and governance

  • Oversee training administration procedure including registration, checking attendance, certification and documentation
  • Ensure the training delivery compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for training programs
  • Standardize training procedures, policies, and operational workflows


3. Learning data and reporting

  • Build and maintain training databases and systems to track training history and attendance
  • Monitor and analyze training participation, completion rates, and productivity impact
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management to support decision-making


4. Digital learning platform management

  • Manage digital learning platform (iCampus or other learning systems)
  • Ensure the platform operates effectively and aligns with the company’s learning strategy
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors to improve or enhance system functionally and user experience


5. Training logistics and resource management

  • Manage training logistics including venues, accommodation, materials, trainers’ support, and equipment
  • Ensure effective utilization of training budgets and resources
  • Supervise training coordinators and administrative staff


6. Stakeholder/ enabler collaboration

  • Work closely with training delivery team, the other team, the other departments, and partners to ensure training execution meets field needs
  • Support new initiatives related to productivity improvement and capability development


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance
  • 5 years of experience in leading team, training operations and learning administration.
  • Experience in insurance, financial service or sales - driven organization
  • Experience managing training systems and Power BI database development is an advantage
