Your Role

We're growing our Workforce & Organisation team and are looking for purpose-driven learning practitioners passionate about shaping the future of work.

You'll help clients solve workforce challenges through capability development, organisational change, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled workforce analytics. Using evidence-based approaches, you'll design and deliver learning, adoption, and engagement initiatives that build the capabilities and ways of working needed for sustainable change and measurable business outcomes.

To succeed, you'll bring consulting and project delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to design practical, evidence-led learning solutions that drive adoption and workforce performance.

Learning Strategy and Design:

  • Design and implement learning strategies that support workforce transformation, technology adoption, and organisational change.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Training Development and Delivery:

  • Develop training materials, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and supporting resources.
  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, workshop, digital, and blended learning programs.
  • Coordinate training delivery across diverse stakeholder groups.

Adoption and Capability Building:

  • Develop capability-building programs that maximise adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Partner with change and communications teams to integrate learning into transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learner engagement and business outcomes.

Client Delivery and Impact:

  • Work with clients to understand business needs, provide trusted learning advice, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Contribute to consulting engagements through planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Collaboration and Culture:

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Promote continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to learning assets, methodologies, proposals, and capability-building initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Core consulting skills, e.g. problem-solving, facilitation, data literacy
  • Workforce/HR domain exposure
  • Change or transformation experience
  • Experience creating Training materials in common tools such as MS PowerPoint and SAP EnableNow as well as knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tool
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Well organised, detail focussed and diligent
  • Demonstrated success in delivering training programs for a target audience of 100+
  • Experience leading remote teams will be highly regarded
