
• Function purpose: Drive the execution of legal and regulatory client outreach campaigns across CCIB and Markets, ensuring delivery in line with regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements.

• Role context: Part of the Client Outreach function, responsible for campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, data validation, and continuous process improvement.
The Manager, Markets Regulatory Outreach and Remediations, is responsible for delivering end-to-end client outreach campaigns for regulatory and business initiatives, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, response tracking, and governance oversight. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign delivery, effective communication, regulatory compliance, and continuous enhancement of outreach processes and operating models.• Execute and manage client outreach campaigns in accordance with established process, control, and quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to define campaign scope, validate data, and coordinate campaign execution.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement and provide clear communication throughout the outreach lifecycle.
• Ensure campaign documentation, evidence retention, and governance requirements are maintained.
• Support risk management by identifying, escalating, and mitigating campaign-related risks in line with regulatory and audit expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, operations, client onboarding, client outreach, regulatory operations, or related functions
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and supporting the delivery of business or regulatory initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data validation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
