In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team supporting critical Transport Management Centre (TMC) systems, this role will see you lead the reliability and continuous improvement of technology that keeps the transport network running.

You will lead and support a specialist team, work closely with operational partners, and ensure systems are robust, responsive and ready for the future.

Please note: This is a temporary Fixed term Full Time Opportunity until 31 Dec 2027

About you

Your strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, built through experience in systems, operational technology or high‑availability environments, will see you confidently balance operational support with system uplift and improvement.

You’re recognised as a trusted technology leader, skilled at guiding teams, resolving issues and turning operational needs into practical system improvements.
