Job Description

Global Compliance Program

  • Drive the continuous enhancement and maturity of the Global Compliance Program, including optimization of compliance processes, procedures, policies, controls, training frameworks, and governance mechanisms, while ensuring effective and efficient allocation of available resources.
  • Lead and support the global implementation and operationalization of compliance initiatives, including policies, procedures, due diligence methodologies, training programs, and compliance technology/tools within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Monitor, assess, and interpret evolving regulatory requirements, enforcement trends, and industry best practices relevant to third party compliance and due diligence, and support timely enhancements to the Global Compliance Program accordingly.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Business, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent application of TPDD standards and compliance expectations globally.
  • Support the development and delivery of compliance awareness and training initiatives to strengthen a culture of integrity and ethical third-party engagement across the organization.
  • Contribute to audit readiness activities and support remediation efforts arising from internal reviews, audits, investigations, or compliance assessments.

Projects and Operations

  • Analyze operational data, due diligence review cycles, KPIs, and workflow trends to identify opportunities for process optimization, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and reduced turnaround times.
  • Lead and support strategic and operational TPDD projects, including process improvement initiatives, automation efforts, system enhancements, and implementation of scalable compliance solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality execution of third-party due diligence activities in line with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk-based compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, metrics, and management updates to provide visibility into operational performance, risks, bottlenecks, and program effectiveness.
  • Identify operational risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within TPDD processes and proactively recommend and implement remediation measures.
  • Support stakeholder escalations, complex due diligence reviews, and high-risk case management, providing sound compliance guidance and risk-based recommendations where required.
