We are currently looking for a Manager TFS Business Development MENA & SEA to join our Bunge Financial Services (BFS) team in Dubai.

In this highly commercial role, you will drive Trade Finance Solutions origination, relationship management and market expansion across the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia.

Reporting to the Head of Trade Finance Solutions MENA & SEA, you will be responsible for identifying and originating new business opportunities, expanding Bunge Financial Services' network of banking and corporate partners, and supporting the growth of our Trade Finance Solutions platform across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, delivering value-added financial solutions and contributing to Bunge's continued growth in MENA & SEA.

What You'll Be Doing

As Manager TFS Business Development MENA & SEA, you will:

• Drive commercial growth and business development activities for Trade Finance Solutions across MENA & SEA.

• Identify, originate and execute Trade Finance Solutions opportunities that support business growth and create value for Bunge and its customers.
• Build and expand a network of banking and corporate partners to strengthen Trade Finance Solutions regional footprint.
• Support transactions from origination through execution while contributing to business profitability and market expansion objectives.
• Work closely with Bunge's Value Chains to identify customer financing needs and develop tailored financial solutions.
• Expand and maintain a strong regional origination pipeline and opportunity map.
• Participate in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of trade finance transactions.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Structuring and Distribution teams to ensure efficient transaction execution.
• Monitor and support the day-to-day management of completed transactions while maintaining close alignment with operational teams.
• Follow established governance, procedures and best practices while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Represent Trade Finance Solutions in the market and strengthen the company's visibility across the region.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Trade Finance, Banking, Trade Credit Insurance, Commodity Trading, Agribusiness or a related commercial finance environment.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance products, structures and transaction execution.
• Proven experience working with Letters of Credit, trade finance documentation and banking counterparties.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with banks, corporate customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with business development and origination capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within commodity trading, agribusiness, food, logistics or manufacturing sectors.
• Understanding of foreign exchange, hedging strategies and commodity market dynamics.
• Knowledge of business practices and financial markets across MENA and/or Southeast Asia.
• Additional language skills such as Arabic or Asian languages are considered an advantage.
