Manager, Test Engineering

Salary Budget: Up to 150,000 THB

About the Role

We are looking for
an experienced Test Engineering Manager to lead the development, release, and
continuous optimization of semiconductor test packages. The role requires
strong technical leadership, analytical capability, and the ability to work
with cross functional engineering teams to ensure high quality and timely
delivery of test solutions for both new product introduction and mass
production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the
  development and maintenance of test packages across different product phases
• Deliver test
  engineering outputs such as test specifications and structured test packages
  for samples and production
• Analyze and
  troubleshoot test results in collaboration with hardware teams and module
  owners
• Drive initiatives
  to reduce test time, improve yield, and enhance quality
• Support customized
  test requirements for new product opportunities
• Collaborate with
  project managers, test concept engineers, and test pattern suppliers to meet
  delivery timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or
  Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product or test engineering within the semiconductor industry
• Strong knowledge
  of semiconductor processes, DOE, SPC, and test to yield correlation
• Full understanding
  of the IC lifecycle: design, validation, wafer processing, production test,
  quality, and reliability
• Hands-on
  experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K)
• Programming skills
  in C++, Java, or Python for automation and data analysis
• Strong analytical
  mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
• Experience working
  in cross-functional teams within multicultural environments
• Leadership
  experience in managing engineering teams is a plus
• Thai nationality is required
