The Role
The new Manager of Technical Solutions should be analytical, detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a strong technical foundation (even if it is not directly within tennis or civil engineering). Many of the projects this candidate will support will require a creative, entrepreneurial, or innovative mindset. Candidates with nonprofit experience, sustainable development, or community development experience would be a plus. More than anything, the person should be team-oriented and work well in a collaborative setting.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
