Job Title

Manager - Technical ServicesDriving the Project End – To- End from Raw material availability to the dispatch of the desired goods. Co-ordination with CFT.

• Adhering the required safety norms and facilitating the different initiatives on the initiatives.
• Project Tech absorption from Lab, Interacting with the scientist and giving the valuable suggestions from scale up point of view.
• Conducting the Challenge experiments, understanding the critical aspect of the process.
• Mapping of the right equipment in mfg,
• Understanding and studying the relevant Safety aspects of the reactions.
• Performing the scale up calculations for the plant batches,
• Conducting the Hazop and cross functional discussions,
• Executing the Campaign with desired out put and the quality with Right First Time target.
• Preparations for handling of the effluent and Training to the shop floor persons to make the awareness on the handling procedures of the Chemicals.-
• Preparation of the Campaign report and capturing the Learnings for the future orders.
• Adhering the quality norms laid down by the quality systems.
• Monitoring the activities of the Shift Engineer.
• Guiding and nurturing the talents on the Job role.
• Establishing the Close co-ordination with R&D group leaders, Supply Chain and Manufacturing,

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technical services, process engineering, or manufacturing support within the pharmaceutical industry.
* In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
