Job Description

4Front Engineered Solutions in Kenosha, WI is looking for a Technical Services Manager to support our High Performance Doors.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating and directing customer facing technical support department
  • Conduct training and certification of customers, dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems
  • Provide recommendations concerning product performance in the field
  • Liaise with Engineering and Production on expedient corrective actions of issues
  • Traveling up to 20% is possible

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • PLC experience a plus
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in a quality, technical or technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • 3-5 years’ of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills

4Front Engineered Solutions is a leader in the door and docking industry. This role supports High Performance Doors, under the brand names Dynaco, Albany, and TKO, on-site in the Kenosha, WI facility.
