Job Description

Results-driven Sales Manage with a strong background in the coatings or related industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the coatings or related sector.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and expand market share in the coatings or related industry.
  • Good background and know how of industry coating products, solutions, business judgment
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage forecast sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on key metrics and business outcomes.
  • Develop personal business growth within overall products portfolio.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • 1, Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar

    2, More than 5yrs working experience in coating, ink, or plastic market

    3, Interpersonal skills and networking capabilities are important for all kinds of internal communication.

    4, Good spoken and written English skill

    5, Category, Projects management, Data analysis

Education


Degree or professional qualification in Science or Engineering-related discipline
