Primary Responsibilities:
As a Manager of Technical Product Management within our People Analytics team, you will play a critical role in partnering closely with People Business Partners (PBP) and associated human resources functions. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Core HR Reporting Product Roadmap, ensuring our products align with stakeholder goals and deliver actionable, data-driven insights. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional delivery leads, analytics consultants, and data science teams to create innovative and advanced reporting solutions. Using modern Agile methodologies and cutting-edge analytics tools like Power BI, Domo, and Tableau, you will drive transparency, enhance user experience, and establish robust feedback channels to continually evolve our product offerings. Primary Responsibilities
·Work with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Analytics Consultants, and Work Management Team to ensure Product Roadmap for Core HR Reporting is accurate and customer goals can be met.
·Own the backlog prioritization process in partnership with Delivery Leads to represent stakeholder feedback and success.
·Lead prioritization calls to ensure priorities are in line with leadership and stakeholder expectations.
·Work with Delivery Leads to communicate Product enhancements within and outside the community.
·Host Product Review meetings to share the roadmap and showcase the work done each sprint.
·Enable and support visibility and transparency in People Team Reporting Priorities within and outside the community.
·Own Requirements Gathering and Feature / User Story refinement in Partnership with Delivery Leads.
·Work with Work Management Team and Delivery Leads to establish a consistent set of user stories (templates), checklists, and delivery processes to maintain consistency across the community.
·Establish UAT process and schedule/host UAT meetings to ensure Products developed meet customer/stakeholder expectations.
·Work with Delivery Leads and BI Developers to ensure metrics and data definitions are customer centric.
·Initiate and establish feedback channels with customers to ensure needs are being met and customers can successfully use our Products.
·Develop a deep understanding of our current and future needs of our stakeholders.
·Establish a relationship with Data Science to facilitate innovative and advanced solutions.
·Establish a quarterly review process (and run quarterly) to review dashboards to feed the Product Roadmap. Sessions should assess page views, last modified dates, branding standards, etc. to ensure quality is met and solutions are enhanced regularly to meet customer demands. Communicate usage metrics and plans with leadership and the broader Analytics Community.
·Work with other Product Owners within the community to develop, maintain, communicate, and audit UIUX standards for community products.
·Create and maintain documentation on the personas of our consumer base and ensure our products meet the needs of the various consumers we support.
·Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
·Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation.
·Remain current with industry trends to identify new or advanced solutions in Core HR reporting.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role as a Product Owner/Program Manager
4+ years of experience with Agile tools, such as Swift, Rally, Jira, Nimble, or Aha!
3+ years of experience with analytics tools such as Domo, Power BI, and Tableau.
Experience working in a matrixed and geographically distributed organization.
Technical knowledge in People Analytics.
Experience of working with Global teams and handling people management responsibilities
Current knowledge of industry trends including cloud-based development, Agile development techniques, and project management.
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities, including experience demonstrating data to inform decision making.
Experience leading large-scale projects across multiple teams and departments.
Experience communicating technical decisions to audiences of varying size and technical depth.
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
·5+ years of experience with IT or Analytics.
·3+ years of experience developing products from ideation, through scoping and requirements gathering, to development, rollout, and maintenance in an Agile Setup
·Product Owner Certification, Scaled Agile certification, LeSS, CSM or PSM, SAFe 6.0 SAFe certification.
·PMP Certification.
·Experience resolving and supervising software/product development initiatives.
·Experience facilitating 'user acceptance testing' (UAT) to understand the problems and struggles that impede consumers.
·Ability to translate complex, and opaque, business requirements into actionable work.
·Healthcare industry experience.
