
This is a high-impact hybrid role integrating Technical Design and Product Integrity to drive end-to-end product excellence. The role owns garment fit, construction, testing, and product quality across development to production and in-market performance. Acts as the key link between vendors, product development, QA, and global teams, ensuring alignment to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Own end-to-end fit, construction, grading, and product quality outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks across development, sampling, and bulk production
Provide technical leadership on garment construction, pattern, and fit to vendors and teams
Drive vendor capability building across both Technical Design and Product Integrity
Lead vendor onboarding, training, and performance improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to corporate standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements
Manage product testing, RSL compliance, and lab performance (3rd party labs)
Establish bulk production guardrails and quality thresholds
Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality and fit issues
Partner with QA, Product Development, and Vendor teams for continuous improvement
Support seasonal development reviews to proactively identify risks
Analyze performance metrics (fit approval, testing results, defects) and drive improvements
Lead and develop technical teams and vendor technicians
Collaborate with global teams for SOP alignment and new initiatives
Strong expertise in garment construction, fitting, pattern making, and grading
Deep knowledge of product testing, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (US/EU/China)
Proven experience in vendor management and capability building
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
Proven risk management and problem-solving skills
Effective collaboration and stakeholder management in a matrix organization
Strong communication skills across global teams and vendors
Experience leading and developing teams
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of 2D/3D systems preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, or related field; 8–12 years relevant experience
