Plan, execute, and monitor technology transfer projects including New Product Launch (NPL), Site Transfers, API & Excipients AVD
Cost / Formulation improvement projects
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with business priorities.
Track progress through defined governance (stage-gate / milestone reviews) and ensure adherence to timelines and scope
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the point of coordination across CFT (R&D, PDL, Production, QA, QC, RA, Supply Chain, Procurement).
Drive alignment between sending and receiving sites for seamless transfer execution.
Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Risk Management & Problem Solving
Identify technical, operational, and regulatory risks early and implement mitigation plans.
Lead escalation management and ensure timely resolution of project bottlenecks.
Support troubleshooting during scale-up, exhibit, and validation batches.
4. Stakeholder & Business Alignment
Align project priorities with portfolio, launch plans, and supply chain requirements.
Ensure product availability by delivering transfers within defined timelines.
Support business continuity through robust transfer execution and risk mitigation
