Job Description

Edelman is a voice synonymous with trust, reimagining a future where the currency of communication is action. Our culture thrives on three promises: boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum.

At Edelman, we understand diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) transform our colleagues, our company, our clients, and our communities. We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Account Manager or Assistant Account Manager, depending on experience, to join our team and support a growing portfolio of B2B technology clients.

In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day client communications, ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, and help coach a small team to perform at their best. You’ll work across technology-focused retainer accounts, including areas such as enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data storage, cloud infrastructure, energy technology, and financial services.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys learning complex industries, translating technical topics into clear communications, and working closely with clients to turn business priorities into actionable PR and communications programs.

Your Role

• Own day-to-day client communications, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and strong relationship management
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency under pressure
• Support B2B technology clients across media relations, content development, executive communications, thought leadership, and campaign execution
• Translate complex or technical client topics into clear, audience-relevant narratives and actionable workstreams
• Coach and manage a small team, fostering growth, accountability, and teamwork
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while staying agile when priorities shift or details are still evolving
• Contribute strategic ideas, problem-solving, and recommendations that help clients strengthen visibility and credibility in Taiwan

What We're Looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Bring a startup mindset-agile, solutions-driven, and unafraid of ambiguity
• Confident presenter and clear communicator, both internally and externally
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and ability to lead junior staff
• Adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure-ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills-capable of drafting documents, decks, and emails
• professionally in English

You'll Stand Out If You ...

• Have experience handling B2B retainer clients
• Are comfortable working across industries and quickly learning new subject matter

We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
