What you'll do

• Lead and oversee enterprise recognition programs, setting strategy and governance to ensure consistency, compliance, and cost-effective execution across the organization.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive leader education strategy, enabling appropriate use of recognition tools, budgets, and standardized practices while reducing fragmented, ad hoc programs.
• Direct the development and launch of a mid-level recognition award, establishing a scalable, standardized approach for recognizing top performers at key intervals.
• Own the evaluation and redesign of Nonstop Thanks point allocations, ensuring equitable distribution aligned with market best practices and organizational priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for program enhancement, streamlining administrative processes, and implementing automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Establish and lead a data-driven measurement framework, leveraging insights on utilization, engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall program impact.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
• 5+ years experience in related field

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage recognition, rewards, or team member engagement programs
• Strong background in program design, process improvement, and leveraging analytics to drive strategic decisions and measurable outcomes.

• Excellent presentation skills
