Job Description

We are looking for a Tax Manager

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tax strategies: Create comprehensive tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Oversee tax return preparation: Manage the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct tax audits and reviews: Perform regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential risks, areas for improvement, and opportunities for tax savings.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders: Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to address complex tax issues and ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on tax legislation: Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, providing timely guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Manage and mentor a team: Lead and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.
  • Prepare detailed tax reports: Compile and present detailed tax reports and analyses to senior management, providing insights into the company's tax position and strategic recommendations.
  • Align tax strategies with business objectives: Ensure that tax strategies are aligned with the company's overall business objectives and financial goals, contributing to the organization's success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a Consulting setting.
  • Strong understanding of corporate tax laws, transfer pricing, and international tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and financial analysis tools.
  • English advanced
