We are looking for a Manager Tax to join our team in Viña del Mar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax information to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
• Oversee tax filings related to corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, municipal tax, and transfer pricing.
• Ensure the timely submission of tax returns, sworn statements, and other required tax documentation.
• Prepare and review taxable-base calculations, deferred tax, taxable profit ledgers, and related tax reports.
• Prepare documentation required for tax audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support negotiations, presentations, and responses before the Chilean tax authorities.
• Ensure the proper handling of tax inquiries, reviews, and compliance requests.
• Review monthly tax filings, including VAT, withholding tax, and employment-related taxes.
• Review and approve group invoices with tax implications.
• Contribute to tax-related process improvements and internal controls.

Requirements and Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in VAT, corporate income tax, municipal tax, tax audits, and interaction with tax authorities.
• Knowledge of accounting systems, preferably SAP, as well as tax calculations and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
