Job Description
The role is responsible for completion, monitoring, and management of all activities related to the Tanfeeth program. He/she will play a vital role in supporting the program’s goals, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the quality of all Tanfeeth-related processes. The role includes responsibilities of managing closure of cases, communicating with SAMA and monitoring technical issues.
- Manage Tanfeeth program activities, ensuring that all tasks and alerts are managed in accordance with program guidelines.
- Complete all Tanfeeth alerts within the required turnaround times set by SAMA, ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Communicate with SAMA for actions required in term of cases relate to Tanfeeth instructions.
- Communicate with SAMA Technical team in case of technical issues related to Tanfeeth system or WatheegEdge.
- Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure that any requirements or dependencies related to Tanfeeth alerts are addressed promptly.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth processing of Tanfeeth-related activities and alerts across different teams.
- Maintain accurate records of Tanfeeth-related activities, including alerts, escalations, and resolutions.
- Handle requests and monitor activities in the Tanfeeth Portal and SAMA Net Portal, ensuring that all requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage requests in the Watheqedge System and follow up with impacted areas to ensure prompt resolution and status updates.
- Communicate with SAMA to discuss issues related to SAMA Net cases, and manage to close as per rules and regulations.
- Provide support for compliance-related requests, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Support the bank by limiting the risk of exposure to failure in executing Tanfeeth and SAMA Net instructions, and then falling in irregularly and reputation risks.
- Escalate to Head of Tanfeeth any probability of not meeting SAMA requirements or not responding to SAMA cases.
- Manage Tanfeeth and SAMA Net Dashboards 24/7 and escalate in case of abnormal traffic of cases.
- Provide on-job training and awareness to newly joined Tanfeeth staff and monitor their performance as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned to by line manager related to the nature of the work
- Enforce, incorporate, and comply with all necessary controls and related information security policies, procedures, practices, training, reporting, personal due diligence and vigilance, within departmental/unit activities and operations.
Preferred Qualifications
A tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution
Years & Nature of Experience
- Recommended to be a 3 to 5 years of experience in the same or a similar domain.
- Intellectually curious, organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- An experienced professional who is able to deliver on difficult technical tasks
- Has project implementation experience
- Is self-sufficient at work and could be given small project responsibility
- Has provided technical supervision to junior staff in the past
