About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Development & Acquisition to lead both talent development and recruitment initiatives. This role will partner closely with business leaders to strengthen organizational capability, build talent pipelines, drive succession planning, and attract top talent to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development & Succession Planning

• Lead talent review, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Drive performance management processes and support leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and critical capability gaps.
• Provide talent insights and recommendations to support workforce planning.

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and selection to offer and onboarding.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective and timely hiring decisions.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience across all recruitment channels.
• Build relationships with universities, professional networks, recruitment agencies, and external partners.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and talent attraction initiatives.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent and workforce matters.
• Lead and develop the Talent Development & Acquisition team.
• Drive continuous improvement in talent management and recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of HR experience, with solid exposure to talent acquisition, talent management, or learning & development.
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and project management skills.
• Experience in performance management, succession planning, and recruitment strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Experience in multinational organizations is preferred.
