The America’s Talent Acquisition Manager will be based in Houston, TX and bring a builder’s mindset to advance our Talent Acquisition maturity model. This role will lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior and Principal Talent Acquisition Consultants supporting North America, Latin America, and South America, while partnering closely with business leaders, Global and Regional HR Business Partners, and other HR functions in a matrixed environment. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, the manager will provide consultative talent solutions, strengthen team capability and accountability, and maintain a small requisition load to stay connected to the business and model effective recruiting practices.
