Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Regional Recruiting Team: Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional recruiters, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities, equipped to support their regions, and accountable for delivering results against hiring goals.
  • Build a Consistent Operating Model: Establish and continuously improve a scalable recruiting operating model that drives consistent support, clear expectations, standardized processes, and effective use of available recruiting tools and technology.
  • Develop Regional Hiring Strategies: Partner with regional and divisional leaders to assess talent needs, identify market dynamics, and build regional recruiting strategies that help meet hiring targets across AmeriVet’s partner clinics.
  • Drive Recruiter Effectiveness: Ensure recruiters are leveraging ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, candidate engagement tools, reporting dashboards, and other resources to improve productivity, pipeline quality, and stakeholder experience.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Operations Directors, Practice Managers, and other leaders, aligning recruiting priorities with operational goals and business growth plans.
  • Analytics & Insights: Provide robust recruiting analytics to regional and divisional leaders, including funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, source effectiveness, and market insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Performance Management & Coaching: Set expectations, monitor performance, provide ongoing feedback, and create development plans that strengthen recruiter capability and support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Candidate & Stakeholder Experience: Champion a consistent, high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders that reflects AmeriVet’s values and strengthens the organization’s employer brand.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, tools, templates, and reporting practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and hiring outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity, and talent availability to help shape recruiting strategy and guide business leaders.

Qualifications
