Effective selling of Alcon’s Vision Suite equipment and associated products. Territory management and working closely as a team with Surgical associates (ILMs and EMs).
This is a field-based strategic role with nationwide travel.
This position is responsible of growing AVS business in country
AVS Manager is responsible for conducting in-service and clinical support (inside the OR) specific to AVS portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximizing sales of Alcon’s Surgical Equipment (AVS equipment)
Identify sales leads / demo leads. Marketing plan implementation.
Customer service building relationships with key accounts.
Safely and effectively conduct demo of surgical equipment.
Resource/expense management
Comprehensive territory analysis and reporting.
Demo equipment and consumables management
Intra-divisional teamwork with regular communication with Surgical associates assigned to territory.
Effective communication and negotiation skills to close ophthalmic capital equipment sales leads.
Perform safety monitoring and reporting obligations on Alcon marketed products in accordance with CORP-002114 Global Adverse Event/Product Complaint Notification.
Upon receipt of information about or the awareness of an adverse event and/or product complaint involving or associated with an Alcon marketed product, report the adverse event and/or product complaint to the Local Vigilance Representative as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours following the date on which the information was first received.
Complete all vigilance and risk management training prescribed by the Local Vigilance Representative within the required timelines.

Education:
Four-year college degree.
Four-year college degree in business or related curriculum
Languages:
Proficient in English
Experience:
2 years sales experience in capital equipment
2 years sales experience in ophthalmic capital equipment
