Job Description

The Manager - Operations & Support at AWAL is responsible for partner onboarding and support, release planning and operations and vendor management for AWAL teams across the globe.

What you'll do:

  • Vendor onboarding & Vendor Payment support for AWAL teams globally.
  • Coordinate and manage partner onboarding for key AWAL partners based in South Asia and South East Asia, including the setup of a partner's account with AWAL including setup of banking information.
  • Support audio release operations of AWAL partners based in the above regions in conjunction with our global ops teams.
  • Support AWAL partners with AWAL processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and delivery timelines.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of work experience (preferably in operations/coordination roles).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Marketing, Operations, or related fields).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on trends.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
