Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist

Location: London – Canary Wharf (Hybrid)

FTC - 12 Months

World Kinect is looking for a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist to support our Aviation Supply team and maintain strong, effective supplier relationships while ensuring smooth financial and operational processes.

About the Role

As an SRM Specialist, you’ll provide high‑quality service to external suppliers and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing supplier communication, resolving queries, supporting invoicing accuracy, and ensuring timely processing of financial data. This is a fast‑paced role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day supplier relationships and deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
  • Act as the link between suppliers and the Aviation Supply team to support accurate and timely fueling information.
  • Resolve Accounts Payable queries in collaboration with the Costa Rica AP team.
  • Review E‑status items and ensure invoices are processed and paid within agreed terms.
  • Support Credit Control with information and resolution of account queries.
  • Work with the Tax team to address internal and external tax‑related issues.
  • Follow up on reconciliation matters and ensure all required actions are completed.
  • Maintain clean supplier accounts and contribute to efficient cash flow and billing accuracy.

What You Bring

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to input data quickly and accurately with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Oracle experience
  • Experience in a similar SRM, AP, or financial operations role (1+ years)
