The Supply Chain Manager of Perioperative and CV/IR Services is accountable for the operational performance, staff leadership, and strategic oversight of Supply Chain services supporting the Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiology across multiple campuses. Responsible for uninterrupted supply availability, inventory optimization, regulatory compliance, staff development, physician partnerships, and proactive problem-solving.

Supervises- Supply Coordinators and Distribution Technicians supporting procedural areas across multiple campuses.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant business field or the equivalent in a combination of education and experience.
  • Three years progressive healthcare supply chain experience and two years leadership experience involving supervision, coaching and performance management. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high stress, demanding clinical environment Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with others at all levels and background Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in an OR, or Emergency Room as a nurse, tech or similar role
