Job Description

Department Overview

Supply Chain Analytics serves as a business-facing partner to SC&L, enabling data-informed decisions that drive performance, cost savings, and operational efficiency. The team translates complex data into actionable insights that support sourcing strategy, value analysis, and supply chain optimization. Core capabilities include decision support (spend analysis, cost modeling, utilization insights), performance measurement through KPIs and reporting, and consultative analytics that guide operational and strategic decisions. Analytics are embedded into workflows using IT-approved tools to improve efficiency and standardize processes.

Operating from a business interpretation lens, the team partners with IT for technical execution, ensuring alignment without duplicating ownership. As a result, Supply Chain Analytics functions as a performance enabler: driving savings, improving efficiency, and strengthening clinical and financial decision-making.
