ABOUT HAYS ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS
Hays Enterprise Solutions manages and strategically develops a defined portfolio of global clients across all Hays service lines and geographies — working at the C-suite level to increase market share, expand geographic reach, and deepen client loyalty. Our Outsource Services portfolio spans Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering everything from product development and sales through delivery, supplier management, governance, compliance, and technology.
OUR NEW ROLE
With continued growth across the Hays Americas MSP and RPO space, we are seeking a Supplier Enablement Manager to fill a critical operational leadership role. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, Americas, you will provide essential guidance across the Operations function — steering supplier onboarding, governance, and compliance activities while building the team and processes that power scalable supplier management across the region.
This is a role for someone who operates with precision, communicates with authority, and knows how to build trust with procurement teams, account leaders, and supplier partners alike. If you thrive in a complex, fast-moving environment and want to leave a structural mark on how a global business manages its supplier ecosystem, read on.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
Your scope spans three interconnected domains: leading a team, building lasting relationships, and owning the governance frameworks that keep supplier operations running cleanly.
Managing a Team
• Hire, coach, develop, and consistently motivate the Supplier Enablement team, made up of onshore and offshore Supplier Partners
• Ensure continuous collaboration and shared understanding across the team — troubleshooting and resolving supplier-related processes and issues as they arise
• Enable the team to engage positively with internal and external stakeholders on ongoing supplier initiatives and complex supplier-related issues
Building Lasting Relationships
• Collaborate with external client Procurement teams on key supplier initiatives and onboarding processes, providing guidance tailored to each client’s needs
• Guide and support internal Account teams on client-initiated projects, including rate cards, mark-up implementation, cost savings initiatives, and supplier optimization
• Provide ongoing support to internal and external teams on supplier audit activities
Process Governance & Compliance
• Develop and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Build and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites for Supplier Enablement
• Manage Supplier Enablement initiatives across Hays Americas, including supplier onboarding, governance, and adherence to contractual stipulations
• Own ongoing compliance tracking and reporting — taking overall responsibility for supplier contract management, due diligence, and certification updates
• Continuously review and improve processes, templates, and tools for Supplier Enablement, including supplier RFIs, client-specific RFIs/RFPs, and supplier agreements
Supporting Regional Growth
• Collaborate with internal Sales teams on Supplier Enablement objectives and client-facing deliverables, including case studies, RFPs, and presentations
• Lead the Supplier Enablement workstream on Account project implementations across the Americas
• Coordinate with Supplier Enablement teams across the global Hays network to support alignment and drive best practice sharing
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experience
• Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrixed environment
• Background in supply chain management within the MSP or RPO space
• Track record of managing, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of contract governance and compliance management
• Experience developing and rolling out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and auditing processes end to end
Technical & Functional Skills
• Ability to identify, assess, and manage operational risk proactively
• Strong issue resolution and problem-solving skills in high-stakes, fast-moving environments
• Confident presenter — able to communicate complex supplier topics to C-suite and Procurement audiences
• Business intelligence (BI) data proficiency, including data interpretation and reporting
• SharePoint administration experience preferred
WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN
• Base salary range will be $85-100K plus 10%
• Remote schedule
• PTO starting at 22 days, plus 2 floating holidays and 2 volunteer days
• Competitively priced medical, vision, and dental plans
• 401(k) with guaranteed match and fast-paced vesting schedule
• Continuous training and support through Hays Learning & Development
