  • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitive landscape, and evolving e-commerce best practices

Creative Support

  • Pull styling inspiration and references to align with seasonal creative direction prior to building looks, while being able to articulate these ideas to the Styling Director
  • Assist with test styling and fittings under the direction of the Lead Stylist
  • Able to reference all company seasonal decks and implement while styling looks based on seasonal concepts

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant styling experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, editorial campaigns, or studio shoots
  • Strong understanding of fashion silhouettes, proportion play, layering, and current trends
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to take constructive criticism and make edits accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Comfortable steaming garments, prepping samples, and working on set for extended periods
  • Proficiency with Mac platforms, Google, Miro, and familiarity with digital asset workflows is a plus
  • Experience styling across multiple categories including women’s, men’s, accessories, and/or beauty
  • Knowledge of brand styling and competitors
  • Ability to style both elevated fashion and commercially-driven product assortments
  • Experience working with female and male models and proper on set etiquette
