The Manager Strategy & Transformation is responsible to support turning strategy into action. This role ensures that site strategy is executed effectively through the design, alignment, and delivery of complex strategic programs and initiatives. Acting as an end-to-end program and project lead, the Manager defines the approach, timeline, resources, risks, and budget required to deliver strategic outcomes while driving change, alignment, and sustained performance improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Execution Support

  • Support the execution of strategic priorities by translating strategy into clear programs, projects, and deliverables.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned to overall site and enterprise strategy, adapting plans as needed to changing business conditions.
  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly driving work where needed to ensure momentum and results.
  • Coordinate tactical activities across teams, ensuring delivery remains connected to strategic intent.
  • Provide content expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions, not just manage timelines. Project & Program Management
  • Lead complex, cross-functional strategic programs critical to achieving short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Serve as project lead for multiple high-impact initiatives, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Establish robust governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and interdependencies.
  • Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring effective allocation and value delivery. Change & Stakeholder Management
  • Drive organizational change by applying structured change management approaches that support adoption, engagement, and sustainability.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leaders and key stakeholders, influencing without authority and ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Develop clear, compelling content and communications to articulate purpose, progress, and impact to diverse audiences.

Continuous Improvement & Performance Optimization

  • Identify and implement additional improvement initiatives that enhance site performance, effectiveness, and execution capability.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and introduce innovative ideas, tools, or processes to maximize value delivery.
  • Track outcomes and benefits realization to ensure initiatives deliver measurable and sustainable impact.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director Strategy & Transformation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Basic understanding of Cell Therapy and any one of GMP manufacturing, supply chain, QA/QC functions
  • Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear actions.
  • Background in strategy execution, project/program management, and operating model implementation is a plus
  • Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience influencing leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving progress through clarity, structure, and collaboration.
  • Intermediate ability to clearly depict a narrative supporting problem solving or strategic opportunity within meetings or presentation both verbally and using visuals such as PowerPoint

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:

  • M.S. Biomedical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of Pharmaceutical Experience or Management Consulting experience
  • Project management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification ( optional)
