What are your contributions to the team?

  • Develop and implement the strategic roadmaps for the Material Organization.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team focused on strategy, performance management, and digital transformation.
  • Oversee the governance of the portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, KPIs, and management dashboards.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Lead digital transformation, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure the governance and continuous evolution of the Operational Control Center.
  • Support teams in change management efforts and the implementation of new practices.
  • Prepare analyses, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

How to thrive in this role?

Experience and Skills

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a complex manufacturing or operational environment.
  • Proven experience in organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and the deployment of strategic initiatives.
  • Strong background in project portfolio management, governance, and performance management.
  • Experience implementing digital solutions and leading change management initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop talent.
  • Strategic mindset, systems thinking, and a strong results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Assets

  • Knowledge of performance management and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, data analytics, and data governance.
  • Understanding of maintenance, engineering, asset management, and industrial project processes.
  • Experience developing or enhancing operational control centers.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or other highly regulated environments.
