
The NFL’s Club Business Development department (Club BD) supports the 32 clubs in delivering direct local value & optimization, best-in-class fan experiences via data-driven insights, and innovative fan and stadium enhancements and strategies, through direct club consulting, strategic analysis, and club benchmarking. In addition to working directly with the clubs, Club BD works cross-functionally to help guide key strategic initiatives at a League level.
The Manager, Strategy, Data & Analytics will play a critical role in developing and delivering club benchmarking insights and supporting revenue strategy across key business lines, including ticketing, premium seating, and local sponsorship & media. This role will also support revenue modeling and pricing strategy for League tentpole events (e.g., Super Bowl, International Games, Pro Bowl Games).
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and execution-oriented, with deep expertise in financial and revenue modeling, advanced Excel capabilities, and building efficient data collection and modeling frameworks. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, interrogating data, building models from the ground up, improving processes, and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. Candidates should be excited by a blend of independent work, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership.
