About your role:

In this role, you will own theKPI’sgovernance, operational processes, and tool effectiveness that underpin execution discipline across the Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization. This is a hands-on leadership role accountable for ensuring KPIs are governed withdiscipline, PD tools are adopted effectively, and operational processes, including SMS PO management run with accuracy, predictability, and continuous improvement.

You will manage the working relationship between PD andEnterprisePlatform teams (e.g.,PxM,DT,PSE,), ensuring systems and data serve business needs. Where processes break down, youand your team willdiagnose root causes and design better ways of workingin partnership withSME’s and Enterprise Platform teams Where standards don't exist, you build them. You bring structure and accountability to the operational backbone of the PD organization, enabling leadership to make fact-based decisions with confidence.

Your responsibilitieswill include (but not limited)

  • Development KPI Governance &PerformanceIntelligence

  • Own the governance framework for Product Development KPIs,defining measurement standards, reporting cadences, exception protocols, and escalation paths.

  • Drive execution discipline across the development cycle by identifying systemic adherence gaps,flagging issues,and supporting the resolution

  • Translate KPI data into actionable insights for the Sr. PD leadership, proactively surfacing risks and recommending interventions before they become blockers.

  • Continuously improve reporting structures and dashboardsin partnership withPSE, toincrease transparency, accuracy, and decision-making speed across brands and categories.

  • Maintain data integrity across all PD reporting, ensuring leadership has a reliable, single source of truth.

  • Tools Adoption, Readiness & Optimization

  • Own the deployment, readiness, and sustained adoption of PD tools across Footwear and Equipment, ensuring teams are equipped and processes are embedded,not just launched.

  • Manage working relationship withEnterprisePlatform teams (e.g.,PxM,DT,PSE,),translating PD business needs into clear requirements and ensuring platform deliverables meet operational realities.

  • Define, document, and enforce best practices for tool usage, ensuring consistency across brands, regions, and categories.

  • Identify adoption gaps and drive corrective actions,owning the feedback loop between PD end-users and Platform teams.

  • Lead change management efforts for major tool deployments within PD, ensuring readiness and sustained adoption.

  • OperationalProcess Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end SMS PO process for all Footwear and Equipment brands, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional alignment from PR/PO conversion through to shipment confirmation.

  • Design and maintain the operational workflow and exception-handling protocols for PO management, driving continuous improvement in cycle time, error rates, and stakeholder communication.

  • Serve as the escalation point for PO discrepancies, cross-brand coordination issues, and system-related exceptions.

  • Own ECN (Engineering Change Notice) data management processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process integrity across systems.

  • Build and maintain operational standards that enable the team to deliver consistent, reliable execution as the team consolidates and scales.

  • Proven experience designing or improving governance frameworks, operational processes, or reporting systems,not just running them.

Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, process engineering, manufacturing, or operations, with at least3years in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Experience working with overseas factories and multi-cultural factory management teams.

  • Proven experience in leading and developing team members.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools. Experience with data visualization or BI tools is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin) are a plus.

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
