1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and continuous refinement of long-term strategic roadmaps, tracking organizational progress against core business objectives.
- Drive high impact strategic projects including market entry, portfolio expansion, strategic partnerships and M&A assessments.
- Design and facilitate executive alignment workshops, translating complex discussions into structured, actionable directions.
- Strategy Realization Office (SRO): Serve as the custodian and Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the SRO, driving disciplined execution across all initiatives.
2. Commercial Excellence (CommEx)
- Serve as the dedicated CommEx partner for assigned business franchises driving overall commercial strategy and execution.
- Oversee the end-to-end design, governance and disbursement of commercial sales incentive schemes.
- Direct business planning processes, workload design and performance tracking across teams.
- Drive Management Information Systems (MIS) enhancements and process automation to optimize reporting efficiency.
- Harmonize disparate data sources (CRM, sales performance, in-market metrics) into a unified source of truth.
3. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor healthcare economics, In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) trends, competitor strategies and regulatory shifts to anticipate market dynamics.
- Act as the custodian for in-market data, continuously validating business hypotheses and market assumptions.
- Market Research: Lead end-to-end market research initiatives to deliver precise, high-value insights that inform commercial strategy.
4. Insights & Analytics (Internal)
- Synthesize complex data into concise narratives and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Build dynamic financial, forecasting, and scenario models to anchor robust business planning.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Marketing, Sales and Support functions to guide decision-making through structured, data driven rationales.
- Author high-impact presentation materials, executive briefs and strategic communications for leadership forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA, Master’s in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field.
- 8 -10 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or medtech.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to healthcare markets, regulatory frameworks, and digital health trends preferred.
