
This role is based in Letterkenny (Hybrid 2 days in the office a week).
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as a strategic liaison between Prudential’s Director of IT Labor Category and Program Management, and the third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role provides day-to-day oversight and support for the Statement of Work (SOW) program administered through the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS). The Manager, Strategic Sourcing is critical to developing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the effective daily operation, governance, and continuous improvement of our SOW and non-employee workforce program. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in IT Labor & Services, MSP management, SOW programs, or non-employee workforce oversight, and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and program partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize supplier selection, cost efficiency, and program effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with organizational objectives.
Provide oversight and support for daily SOW program and non-employee workforce activities managed by the MSP, ensuring alignment with program goals, policies, and service-level expectations.
Engage directly with preferred suppliers to support sourcing strategies, resolve issues, optimize performance, and manage relationships.
Partner with engagement managers to ensure effective utilization of the SOW and non-employee workforce programs, adherence to processes, and a positive stakeholder experience.
Support sourcing and fulfillment for open SOW program and non-employee positions, coordinating with suppliers and the MSP team to ensure timely and qualified candidate delivery.
Communicate program updates, process changes, and escalation issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, SOW program, vendor management, managed service provider (MSP), and non-employee workforce management.
Strong understanding of SOW program models, supplier management, and non-employee engagement processes.
Proven experience working with third-party program providers or MSP partners.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global, or cross-cultural environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a global or regionally complex non-employee workforce program.
Familiarity with workforce management systems (e.g., VMS platforms like Beeline).
Experience working with suppliers or stakeholders in a professional services.
