
Manager, Strategic Intelligence and Risk Integration

This role will lead the Strategic Intelligence & Risk Integration function, guiding a multidisciplinary team of technical, policy, and intelligence experts to build and operationalize a data‑driven anticipatory risk and resilience posture across the company’s enterprise (IT) and operational (OT) environments. Acting as a key partner to Cyber, Operations, Resilience, Strategy, and Supply Chain leaders, this role translates complex intelligence into decision‑ready insights and prioritized actions that strengthen operational resilience, inform investment decisions, and enhance supply‑chain strategies.
The role also represents Southern Company in industry and government forums, influences state and local cyber policy, and leverages federal and state resources,including partnerships with Cyber Command, National Guard cyber units, and other agencies,to improve preparedness and coordinate responses to adversary activity.
As the Strategic Intelligence & Risk Integration capability is newly established, this leader will shape its strategy, operating model, and long ‑term direction. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in critical infrastructure protection and resilience ‑focused intelligence spanning cyber, supply ‑chain, and geopolitical risk, and possesses the business acumen and collaborative mindset to translate complex risk signals into actionable insights that drive foresight, innovation, and enterprise resilience across Southern Company.
